An overview of what your introductory call will look like, who you’ll speak with, and how to prepare ahead of time.
During your introductory call, you'll speak with Ashley, one of Sunday Health's care navigators. She’ll answer your questions and help determine whether Sunday Health is the right fit for you.
"I look forward to connecting with you and making your experience with Sunday Health as positive and supportive as possible." — Ashley
Length of the call
These brief calls typically take 15 to 20 minutes, and we make extra time if needed.
Who should be on the call
You're welcome to speak with Ashley one-on-one, or loop in family or a care partner.
What we'll cover
We’ll answer any questions you have about Sunday Health and walk you through how Sunday Health approaches cognitive care. From there we'll help determine whether Sunday Health is the right fit for your care needs.
What happens next
If it feels like a good match, we’ll walk through next steps for scheduling your first appointment and gathering your information, so you can move forward with confidence.
Find a Private, Quiet Spot
Because some of these topics can feel sensitive, you may prefer a bit more privacy and a quiet space where you can speak comfortably and openly.
Come Ready with Questions
We encourage you to write down your top questions and concerns (e.g., changes you've been noticing) before the call to ensure the conversation is as helpful as possible.
Have Insurance Information Ready
If you're ready to schedule your first appointment, you'll need your insurance information, your date of birth, and your full home address. We are currently accepting new patients in VA, MD, DC, and TX.
If you’ve already scheduled, we look forward to speaking with you soon.
